David Thompson is an Australian chef who has devoted his life to the cuisine of Thailand. His restaurant Nahm in London won a Michelin star, the first Thai restaurant to ever receive such an honor. He brought the fusion back to Bangkok, winning the title of “Asia’s Best Restaurant” in 2014. He joins us on High Flyers to talk about his culinary journey.
