We will feature top names and up-and-coming artists, the stars of tomorrow; painters, sculptors, digital, conceptual and performance artists, photographers, land and street artists. Bloomberg TV has covered the globe to talk with these artists in their studios and exhibition points. Through intimate conversations we reveal their Brilliant Ideas.
Olafur Eliasson was born in Copenhagen, Denmark and it’s where he still has once of his studios. The work that puts Olafur on the map was the weather project, in the Turbine Hall of the Tate Modern in London, in 2003. It featured a glowing, half sun, that was reflected and completed by a mirror in the ceiling. Smoke and mirrors is one of his specialities.
